Funded Childcare Hours for Parents

From September 2024, eligible working parents of children aged 9 months to 3 years can access up to 15 hours of funded childcare a week

To apply, check your eligibility and apply for a code through GOV.UK You’ll need this code to give to your chosen childcare provider.

All 3- and 4-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours of funded childcare per week (for 38 weeks a year). This universal offer is available to every family and can be used with one or more approved childcare providers — no eligibility check is required.
